Harry Potter License Plate

oh my, life is hasty

hey guys
(okay, maybe i shouldn't be liek "hey, guys" because no one else but me will ever read this entry ;)

soo, it's been a while since i posted for the last time, but i kinda felt like it today.
A lot of things have changed in the past half year... Only to start with my music. It's definitely a lot more Indie like DĂșnĂ©, The Do, First Aid Kit and Last Shadow Puppets (thanks to Carla!) and less Rock/Altnernative. My style has also changed a lot.
Maybe because i have decided that i just shouldn't care if people like it or not!
And then, i think i've grown up a lot.

So far, so good.
:)

Have fun, enjoy life, it's worth it!

ideals doors open inward

How in the world he had only come up with the idea to ask for help Thiel ?

Boerne had always believed himself to do more easily with its neighbors, as with any stranger, no matter how loved and thoughtfully designed to be. Because a stranger was and remained a stranger - Thiel, however, he knew.
he thought.

He had wrong.

*****

After Steffens arrest could hardly claim that his mother stopped by every morning still in Boerne, and he helped out in the budget. Boerne itself was so in my mind, that fact that he was only noticed when he was in the car was sitting next to Thiel.

"Then I'll just get a new nurse," Thiel had muttered to himself tired and was driven to it with his hand over his eyes. Boerne still knew that he had made himself seriously worried at this moment, the next to suffer the same accident and a broken neck Grave land - Thiel had so done and acted accordingly unfocused sat in front of the wheel.

new carer, yes, perhaps, had turned in Boerne aware, willing to compromise in order to appease Thiel, even if the idea pleases still not him. In recent days he had indeed accustomed to seek the help of a stranger, but with a new nurse, he would eventually start again at zero. - And it would still take some time until a suitable person was found. Who helped him out in the meantime? For example, tonight?

Thiel had the covert prompting noticed. "No, Boerne, no!" The response had been very violent, at one time he had worked a lot more alert. "No! I've caught you the other day I said to leave it! "

" Yes, but the other day you were still in the case. The time now is released and as you will still find a little time - "

" I said no, "

Boerne could well remember Thiel's face as he uttered those words!. Since this peculiar train had been around his mouth as he could imagine nothing more terrible, als Boerne für ein paar Tage im Alltag zur Hand zu gehen.

Boerne understand it is not easy.

And anyway, as presented Thiel is that? Boerne precisely managed to unlock his door alone. Without help, he could neither cook nor clothe himself tonight. Or get dressed tomorrow morning.

Boerne had told him that, quite rational, and Thiel in a seemingly casual clause recalled that he had actually expected his help.

was either it was his guilty conscience or Boernes argument had convinced him, after all - at least Thiel had finally see, must that he was right.

As always indicated.

For dinner we had potatoes, vegetables and grilled meats. Thiel and Boerne had cooked in the kitchen, sat down on a chair and watched him there. to help him, he'd rather not even try it, because Thiel seemed to be such a wimp like it was a long time.
"So, there you go," Thiel said finally, and pushed him towards his plate before he sat down opposite him. "The fork you can keep yourself, yes?"

He could, in fact, because Mrs Ellinghaus had been very creative when it came to tinker practical straps for all kinds of everyday objects and to then be attached to his left hand. No, the fork was not the problem. Boerne glanced at his plate and shook his head. "So Thiel do you suffocate me? Can you cut the meat into strips a little smaller? "

" Why? What suits you because of my strips are not? "

" So great pieces you might squeeze into your mouth, but I do not. "

Thiel snorted, then pulled himself over Boernes plate, grabbed the knife and cut all the meat strips in half again. "Next time you get soup and 'nen straw."

The dinner proceeded in aching silence. Finally

pushed back his plate Boerne. Thiel listlessly poking around in the rest of his meal before he got up and threw it in the trash. Then he cleared the table. The dishes rattled brightly as he carried it to the sink - an almost unpleasant sound in the large kitchen.

Boerne watched him with a hint of confusion. "In the freezer still would have to be a pack of ice," he said. He did not like this heavy silence.

Thiel left a, the rinse water and did not answer.

Boerne leaned back. "With chocolate taste," he added encouragingly. At least he hoped it sounded encouraging. A cup of chocolate ice cream but could resist no one. If the Thiel not reconciled again with the circumstances, he did not help.

"I'm tired," murmured Thiel appeared, the disc briefly into the water and pulled them out again, leaving a pile of cutlery falling into the sink, the soap straw plucked from the wine glass, threw it in the mu ; lleimer. He worked quickly. Not hectic, fast. Boerne had to restrain himself, so as not to indicate that wine glasses were part of a very expensive set of Bohemian crystal and were unique.

Thiel was finally ready, made from the rinse water and put the wet dishes on the drying rack. "Need You remember me? "He said in short supply.

"Yes," said Boerne smiling and went to a second attempt. "For two large portions of chocolate ice cream and a movie. My collection is in the closet next to the TV - pick you out, "He found, Thiel had this little recognition for delicious dinner deserved..

But Thiel glanced at his clock. "You know what," he said, "I'll lay you a movie and then go over there. Have to do a little something. If you are ready and into bed want to ring you so. "

Boernes smile disappeared. Thiel was able to express clearly not saying that he wanted as quickly as possible back into his own apartment.

ran the film, but after ten minutes turned Boerne him again because he had basically no interest in television. At least not until he was alone. Instead, he tried to distract himself with a little music. Schubert was still on the player, but the melancholy sounds of piano and strings only voted him more depressed.

It was almost half past nine rang, when Ms. Ellinghaus from psychiatry. Her voice sounded strange on the phone: dull, listless. She did not talk about her son or about the events of the evening. Instead, she apologized to him - whether they come or whether he should still ...?

"Oh no, no way," interrupted Boerne them quickly. "I had not expected it. That goes so well by saying that they can not now Steffen alone. Is not exactly easy - the answer must be quite difficult for you ... "

woman Ellinghaus. immediately. "He spoke hardly at all," she said. "He ... he is so calm." She took a deep breath before she continued: "It is also due to Hans - he makes horrible accusations and I think if I go now ..."

& bdquo ; No, no, no problem, "assured her Boerne. "Do not worry about it. At present there are more important things, I understand completely. "He found that it acted just very exemplary and selfless and that made him a little easier to accept the situation.

"Are you sure?" Asked Mrs. Ellinghaus, but they still sounded relieved.

"When in doubt, I have indeed Mr. Thiel - who lives next door eventually," said Boerne. "That works already. And it's only until tomorrow morning, right? "

sounded much more confident than he felt.

After Ms. hung Ellinghaus, Boerne had collapsed on his sofa. But there he was able to sit for a moment, then forced him to get up the unrest. He decided are ever to brush his teeth. That, at least he was alone, even if it was not easy and took a long time. However, he would have been more all night in the bathroom with his toothbrush and fought, as Thiel to leave only in the vicinity of his teeth. No, a relevant experience of this kind of passed him completely.

He wanted Thiel notified no more, but the idea of going to sleep in his day clothes, told him not to much. And without help he would need five times in time to open all these buttons.

Thiel tried to clear the job done in a fifth of the time.

"Ouch! Now watch out for that! "So vigorously as he dared with his injury, pulled back his arm Boerne. "There are bones in it, Thiel, bones! This is not a lifeless rubber hose, which you can bend as you like! "

" Sorry, "muttered Thiel and stopped. As Boerne recovered a bit relaxed, Thiel tried it again to maneuver his arms from the sleeves, not depend on the plaster cast to stay.

Boerne found it difficult to maintain his calm. "Now you have to make the buttons, Thiel! The lapels on the shirt! Come on! So that is nothing ... "

" Boerne, if you are holding still not finally - "

" But I am moving but not "

" Yes, but your mouth is moving constantly that is not to miss! And besides, you are as stiff as a concrete block, "Thiel tore away at his sleeve. "Why does not it? Have you the stuck or what "

" Now imagine not so in - ouch! Caution! - Ms. Ellinghaus - ouch! - Ms. Ellinghaus had not had any problems "

Thiel did not even hear him, but breathed a sigh of relief when he finally managed to free his white shirt from Boerne!. "Thus, damn, now I'm tired! Is terrible to you. "He threw the shirt on a hanger unloving, he hung on the closet door.

Boerne had meanwhile gently lifted his pajamas, which folded neatly lay on his bed, where women had Ellinghaus him down yesterday morning ready for him. His arms began to ache Thiel's rough treatment slightly, but he wanted to get into the warm bed. The bedroom was unheated and it was too cool to even longer stand around naked to the waist.

But that Thiel's shirt had been treated so unkind, he devoted himself now with an amazing endurance of the task, close all the buttons again, and the slight ironing creases with your fingers. Boerne looked over at him annoyed. "Hello, Thiel? What are you doing? Leave the Yes, it is already in the laundry. Help me, love me's freezing! "

" Then you heat up ", grumbled Thiel and turned to face him. "They're used to it. Is almost like in the morgue and there you have finally slept. "

" That was not sleeping, that was a more or less involuntary state of cryogenic mortis. Now do it. "Boerne held him invitingly towards the top of his pajamas, which he had hung over the arm. Thiel, contrary to accepted as if it were covered with any infectious germs. "Can you sit on the bed, perhaps?" He muttered.

Boerne did him a favor, and stretched out his arms obediently, as far as he was able to do so. He took pains to move neither too much, to be too inflexible, as Thiel had accused him. In fact, he had hoped that the whole procedure would take place by simple pain-free and above all. But Thiel did not seem to worry about whether he violated Boerne. For him, it seemed to be more important, his work as to be able to stop quickly.

"Next time I will be anesthetized locally if you help me," said Boerne and finally bit her tongue, as Thiel again inadvertently hit his elbow against his arm.

"Sorry," muttered Thiel again. "I'm ready."

"Thiel! You have made me so very wrong buttoned up! "

" Does not matter. "

" That looks impossible from "

"Who cares how it looks? But now they do not run out yet, right? So "

" But -. "

" Damn, listen to complain about, Boerne! I do this here, no fun "

" I do not ask that they enjoy it, but you could not at least a little bit careful - "

But Thiel cut him the harsh word from. "I'll give effort, okay? I'm just no damn nurse or something! If you do not do everything themselves, then hold the edge! "

Boerne opened his mouth and closed it again. He would have anyway not know what to say. Of course he would have an equally toxic Thiel comment can throw at his head and he would not have been difficult. But that would not have been what he wanted to say really. What he really wanted to say. And what was it much more difficult.

slept that night, he is little. This was not unusual. He had never heard of any case to the people who needed lots of sleep, and as his daily activities were due to his injuries, now largely of doing nothing, he did not feel particularly tired. During the night it all sorts of strange thoughts went through my head. No, it's certainly not just mere pragmatism had to ask just Thiel for support. They now lived so long next door knew about personality and idiosyncrasies of each other had in common broken mailboxes at night in the woods digging for corpses and carried the same bathrobe. Thiel with the absurd had become commonplace - and Boernes temporary helplessness would have been just another one of those bizarre episodes. Nothing special. Nothing that would have to deal with large Boerne. Almost normal.

Boerne had long thought about these things. But now he began to consider whether Thiel had rejected the simple fact that rigorous, because he knew that it did not change: it was the end and remained a rude, insensitive Klotz. He is not even trouble to the situation for both of them bearable.

Only the ground, understood the Boerne is not easy.

*****

The nighttime darkness broke up and as the fog over the city was displaced by the November sun, Boerne climbed out of bed and walked into his living room. There he switched the phone to the speakerphone, and called on his neighbors. New day, new luck.

"Good morning, Thiel. Are you awake? Then you can come over, yes. "

" What? "After all, Thiel sounded rested, that was a good start. "Boerne, it's only half past seven!"

"I know. I would like your breakfast and move, "said Boerne and did his best to keep out the impatience in his voice. What had to Thiel as more and more complicated all unnecessary?

Thiel hesitated. "Why do you sleep because not enough? They are on sick leave "

" I'm not tired, "

" If you lie down and just close my eyes -.. "

" Thiel, now I want my breakfast! Is that your understanding of mutual aid that you want me to die of starvation? "

" I really do not have time ... "

" Oh yeah? What have you done already? "

" Boerne, believe it or not, I also work, okay? I must now equal to the office and - "

" Not true, "broke in Boerne," the office, you now have to appear in the course of the morning. "

Thiel silent. "They have now sounded out tomorrow Nadezhda?" He murmured at last.

"I have reliable sources," said Boerne. That was plain lie: he had guessed, nothing else. But his feelings had not deceived him. Thiel invented excuses.

At the other end of the line was quiet. Boerne wondered if it would change anything if Thiel apologized for his unacceptable behavior. Probably not. And anyway, did his neighbors and none of that.

"Now just come over, "said Boerne, as Thiel was no answer. "It takes but not long and you also receive an almond-cinnamon coffee."

Thiel muttered something unintelligible. Boerne found, with much good will could interpret into it as a "my account" and therefore took his leave with a quick "well, then to the same" before Thiel was able to say something.

But Thiel was slow in coming. After Boerne had sat around five minutes to act, he was a little appealed again to the phone and rang him. This time No one even took off. Boerne put it on again when the answering machine answered. At least he seemed Thiel thus a clear sign of having set, for not a minute later the doorbell rang at the door and his neighbor appeared.

"You have let me but wait," said Boerne instead of a greeting.

"Sorry," muttered Thiel and pushed himself voluntarily into the apartment. In his hand he held the newspaper. Boerne closed the door and followed him a little confused the living room where Thiel spread the huge sheets of newspaper on the TV table.

"What is that when it's finished? "asked Boerne skeptical.

"ads," growled Thiel. "I've already picked out a few for you. Choose one, then I cry at times. Of four people have so what Acceptable to be there. "

" Thank you for your preliminary work, "Boerne responded with an unmistakable sarcasm in his voice.

Thiel ignored the irony. "Please. Which of those do you want? "

Boerne said nothing. Thiel looked at him a moment of waiting, then he sighed and drew his Phone from the pocket. After a quick look at the newspapers he gave a number.

"Yes, Thiel is the name ..." he cleared his throat. "Are you Mrs. Seidel? I'll call because of your display in Munster. - Aha. Yes, wait, I'll give you even more ... "He lifted the phone from his ear and held it against Boerne. "Now take it!"

"How?" Said Boerne stubborn and raised his arms to illustrate.

"What is it now?"

"Thiel, if you are blind, then buy yourself a pair of glasses! "

" Man, now you can but these little games! "

" What game? "

" calls, you will surely still can! "

" I can not call . And with that end "

" Yesterday you were all also - "

" With my own cell phone, yes

"Yes, and what makes a difference. whether it is mine , or - "Thiel paused, as the voice from the phone came forward and pressed the phone to his ear again soon. "Uh, yes? - No, I've just made a mistake ... the Lord is just a short level away and ... what? No, no, I'm still interested! So, it's about my neighbors, not to me. Yes, it was an accident ... "

Boerne had no interest in listening to Thiel. Without another word he turned and went into the kitchen. The glass inserts the kitchen door rattled as he vigorously happened to his foot. Then he dropped into a chair. A cup of coffee - he would now be able to use. But he alone could not make coffee. He was nothing at all on our own.

Thiel indistinct murmur came from the living room over to subdued, as he understood the words.

It seemed terribly long to last. Boerne stared absently at the table, thinking of nothing in particular, except about how miserable he felt. Finally went to the kitchen door and Thiel entered. He remained at the door and put the phone back in his pocket.
"She said she can come by this afternoon," he said. "You must first pick up her brother from the airport or something."

"Well, I am but for you," said Boerne annoyed.

Thiel moved restlessly. "Um ... what else do you need?" He asked at last undecided.

"If you take even a moment to look at me, then the question answered by himself"

"Uh, yes." Thiel gave him a quick look. Boerne stunned shook his head, he stood up. Thiel took a step aside to let him through the door and followed him to the rather slow and at some distance from the bedroom.

The whole procedure of training and locker room seemed even more excruciating than Boerne last night. Thiel was not concentrating fully exchanged left and right and constantly pushed rudely against Boernes arms and hands. Boerne had in mind slowly to sixty and back again in order to deter the verbal barrage of insults and accusations to him by his head, went to Thiel let go. He almost wondered if Thiel is on purpose so stupid hired. Otherwise he could not explain this thoughtlessness.

"What tie?" Asked Thiel finally interested. "The dark here, or the dark or the dark or the dark?"

"The Phantom" replied Boerne grumpy.

Thiel rolled her eyes. "Yes, in more detail?"

"They started it with the nonsense."

"Just because Today they are grown on the wrong foot first out of bed - "

" What? Keep it for the first time at your own nose! "

" I'll set something to say about my nose? "Thiel pulled randomly one of the ties from the closet and slammed the door. "The full and although I'm up to the top - you and your special requests -"

"count is now at once to the special requests that I am happy to have breakfast on the washed and dressed ckstisch want to sit? "

"Why do not you ask some other neighbors, the time for this stupid stuff you have?"

"They are now even next door," said Boerne.

"class," Thiel said bitterly. "The first choice and that's just because I live next to you purely by chance ..."

Boerne unnerved closed his eyes, he turned away. "I need my coffee."

From Thiel was no answer. In the door remained Boerne and looked around for him. But Thiel had not by the Point moves. He was still standing in the middle of the room, looked at the tie in his hands, held her as if she were made of glass. His fingers were off the fabric, how to look for errors in processing. Then he raised his head. When her eyes are met, Thiel wry face and let the tie to fall to the bed.

"Phase Two, we move to ten minutes," decided Boerne. Phase Two was actually shaving, the tie and the shoes. Before shaving, and the tie he was afraid now - far too much risk of injury. Sharp objects like pieces of cloth or knitted in the hands of a man who could not even turn a scarf into a weapon, which comforted not just Boerne. The shoes he considered dangerous, and involved Thiel least out of reach of his injured arm.

He instructed Thiel short, was like the modern coffee to use in his kitchen. Although Thiel was still a sullen impression, but at least he expressed his objection no longer loud. And after the coffee was ready and they sat together at the kitchen table and carefully sipped the hot drink, seemed in a bad mood for Thiel the moment almost gone. He even smiled - if one could call the usual oblique twitching around his mouth at all as a real smile. "Tastes good," he said casually.

"Yes." Cautiously Boerne tried to lift the coffee cup off the table, but he could not with two fingers safe and as she slid him immediately from his hand. He sighed. "The straw, in fact the only workable solution seems to be."

"coffee with a straw?" Thiel's eyebrows went up. "Not just the fine English Art"

"The Englishman goes to the matter though, because we have the coffee imported from Turkey, not from England" to explain, began Boerne. "Suleiman has yes to Vienna -" "Do you have because at all straws there, wear your"

interrupted Thiel. The historical secrets of the coffee did not seem to care. As usual. Was there ever anything that interested him?

"Of course. Second drawer from the left. "Boerne rubbed his fingers across his forehead, the movement as always stiff and cautious. "Or grab a chair and look behind the top door times. There is still a small collection of colorful Venetian glass would straws to find. "

" Will you take me on the arm? "

Boerne frowned. Thiel's mood might have improved after a sip of coffee, but he could not forgive his behavior so quickly. "Bad joke, Thiel, very bad joke."

"I found the good." Thiel moved one of the cheap plastic straws from the drawer and dipped him in Boernes cup. "How do you actually have these fancy coffee places? 've Have never seen in the supermarket. "

" They could not afford anyway, "said Boerne derogatory. "Do you tend to your cheap powder." Thiel's face darkened

is instantaneous. "Well, yes I would have guessed."

Boerne did not answer, but instead of sipping his coffee. Thiel dropped the subject and moved around with morose expression in its own cup. Finally, he glanced at the clock. "Ten to Eight," he said.

Boerne followed his gaze. "Yeah," he said.

"Yes ..." Thiel played with the coffee spoon pushed him gently with your fingers so that it tinkled against the china of the cup. Then he took a deep breath. "Well, we go on. The sooner we start, the sooner I got back my peace. "He stood up.

„Das maybe not, but the toilet lid - "

" kitchen. No toilet. In the kitchen there's at least chairs. "

" Thiel, you are terribly complicated. Do you now really move with all the props, just to - "

" Yes, I will. . Kitchen "

Finally, they succeeded - amazing but true - a compromise. Thiel moved one of the comfortable lounge chairs in the bathroom Boerne and then took place, his head leaning far back, like an ancient Roman Kaiser, who is waiting to shave.

"So" Thiel thought for a moment his hand on Boernes head and pushed it vigorously against the chair. "Watch. Shall remain and not move. "Then he came up behind him and tied him professionally for a large towel, before he grabbed the bowl with the shaving cream. As Boerne steer

the sharp blade of the razor from the corner of his eye to his cheek looked, he lifted his arm quickly.

"Thiel? Do me a favor and get this time a little more time, yes? "

" What do you want to say? " Thiel asked somewhere near his ear.

"I do not want to look like when I would have fallen to face first into a cactus garden." Boerne lowered his arm again. He tried to throw Thiel a quick look, but for this he would have had to turn his head. "Focus easy."

"You have a confidence to me ..."

"So far you have not given me much more reason to trust you."

Thiel was silent for a moment before a quiet "sorry" growled the razor carefully and intervene on Boernes cheek. Boerne during which knew from minute to minute, less what was actually gone for a louse Thiel on the liver. That he ever apologized fit, so not to the otherwise dour chief inspector, but right for the Boerne estimated that he had always offered counterpoint. Basically, this would have been the perfect time to express his thoughts aloud and Thiel finally to demand an explanation for his repellent behavior. But unfortunately ventured Boernes it right now to barely breathe, much less to open his mouth and to ask any question. Who knew that Thiel is not in the end with a razor blade section with one ear, if not stood still.

It did. Thiel had previously brought a hurry or distracted job behind, he now seemed to work at a snail's pace. Probably was his way of Boerne his comment about concentration revenge. And there should Thiel him once more put off with the excuse that he had no time ...

Boerne closed his eyes. He noted that Thiel paused a moment before he leaned over him again and continued his work. The initial fear that he might hurt in the whole procedure are faded, the longer Boerne sat in this chair. Now and then he felt fingers on his cheek, directed his head gently in the right position, but Thiel was here before surprisingly gentle. Not rude, not insensitive. Boerne liked it a lot better. And actually, he forgot about all the previous complications, he felt relaxed, almost surely. Sure and a bit tired. Just as it should be ...

Done Thiel finally announced.

from long sitting was Boerne become very sleepy. Thiel as he suddenly slapped a wet cold towel against her face to wipe the remaining shaving cream, but he was suddenly awake. "Hey! Warn me yet! "

" Pff. I see no difference from before, but what the hell, "muttered Thiel and tossed the towel in the sink.

"but I feel a difference from before," said Boerne and ran his fingers gently over the intact face. No scratches or rough spots, thank heaven. And apparently had also worked Thiel clean and free of unsightly Streaks on his face. Boerne was satisfied. "Bring me my shoes? The shelf in the corridor on the far right, all right? "

Thiel, however, was not at all seem to be satisfied. "Yes, great. Why do you need shoes in your state? "

" Well, you are funny. Should I walk around in stocking feet through Munster? "

" They did not want a walk through cathedral. Why do not you just stay at home for a change? "

Boerne wondered how many stupid questions would still make Thiel. "This Alberich, the whole can enjoy spectacular cases alone that you are being served in my absence? No, it's not, Thiel, which you must see it! And she is able to work without my not help. "

Thiel rolled his eyes, but he said nothing, but slapped the shaver to the towel in the sink and disappeared from the room.

Boerne touched his cheek again, then he got up, took off the large towel and threw it over the back of the chair. The relaxation and tranquility of the moment were therefore well over.
Where did
Thiel? Boerne had expected to encounter him in the living room, but Thiel was nowhere in sight. He collapsed in the living room chair and waited. How long will it could have to bring a pair of shoes from the shelf? It was probably unreasonable to wonder about it - Thiel's behavior, he could not understand everything anyway. And in five or ten minutes, the whole process anyway, and he survived to be alone again. He looked forward to this moment with a growing impatience that he himself did not occur properly.

After a small eternity, finally came back Thiel, Boernes shoes in his hand.

"I thought you would be gone in your home," said Boerne.

Thiel ignored him. "I feel like the valet," he murmured as he knelt down next to Boerne.

"I would rather do without it, me from you - ouch! If you continue like this, my ankle is the same also broken! Careful! "

'Yes, Highness."

"And your little amusing sarcasm, you can save it. Think of it once before; They were now I do! "

" Better not, "murmured Thiel.

Can "and not you. They lack of empathy, Thiel. You - ouch! - You can not imagine how awful it is when you can not even put on his shoes can even "

" Listen to me like the tears.. Where have you now put down your stupid tie? "

silent Boerne. "Bedroom," he said finally to close.

Thiel gave him a quick look, then he got up and left the room. Boerne was sitting in his chair and stared straight ahead. His gaze fell on the TV table, where still spread the newspaper in all its size was. Four displays. Whether this woman Seidel would probably be long in coming? With its capricious neighbor he would not survive a minute longer. And he did not even understand what was his problem. Was it the real disappointment at Thiel, which was all perfectly indifferent, indifferent, indifferent - or was it the more general anger about the fact that he, Karl-Friedrich Boerne, human nature and ingenious, world experienced universal genius, had made a mistake in someone?

"The here, yes?" Thiel stepped back into the living room and delivered a tie up.

Boerne nodded and stood up. Thiel came closer and stood in front of him, their eyes focused on the tie addressed in his hands. After he had arranged to his satisfaction, he bent over and placed it around his neck Boerne. His movements seemed uncertain - he was seldom anything other than his simple clothes, suspected Boerne.

there was a moment silence.

"You are correct in the matter," said Boerne with gentle mockery.

"Hmm," Thiel made.

"Beware that you do not have to be motivated. In the end I'm still on the absurd idea that I'm not entirely indifferent to you yet. "

Thiel paused and stared at his fingers as if he had lost the plot. It took a moment to find his way again. He did not answer and even more annoyed Boerne.

"A little sensitivity It would not kill himself, "said Boerne finally. Emotional as motor he added in thought, and thought of his still aching feet. "They do just as I would have staged here to make your life difficult."

"It was your idea," Thiel said curtly.

"Oh yeah? Should I perhaps catatonic the whole day in bed and bored, while in the pathology everything topsy-turvy? If it were up to you, then certainly! "

His tone led only to the fact that Thiel was now too loud. "If it was up to me, I would rather still call came yesterday morning at each door of the whole cathedral to find any human being diminishes me that damn job!" He had finally managed to forge a decent knot in his tie and pulled now so severe at the ends, that Boerne had at first feared, he wanted it cut off the air. "Are we finally ready?"

"Just go - I will not detain you unnecessarily, after all, already looking hard since last night for excuses, "gave back Boerne. It should just sound reproachful, but he was sure that Thiel could hear the bitter disappointment in his voice.

But Thiel does not even responded, he just turned his eyes away. "You have no idea ..."

"And if I know," interrupted Boerne irritated. And because he was now dressed and shaved and no longer needed Thiel, he could his theory at last run in its full breadth. "As long as I can also help them to catch your killer, you take my company preferences. Now that I no longer am able to, yes you can be quiet rude and offensive - after all, I have no choice but to depend on you, right? You know what, Thiel, you have a point of exception rules: it was wrong of me to contact you. For you, I am interested only in my capacity as a pathologist - Boerne, the professor who will understand the beautifully prepared medical facts served on a tray, what? The rest of me is obviously not important to you. "

An uncharacteristic tension was on Thiel's face. "You are an idiot, Boerne."
The insult was so outspoken that Boerne did a moment to say anything on it. "What do you think -"

"Quite a lot," Thiel said heatedly, "- but you are always too busy with yourself and your ... your unspeakable suffering in order for others take care! You understand nothing! "

"Because you would prefer to tear out the tongue, than to explain! For that is your problem, Thiel, "

Thiel looked down and stared at some indefinable point behind Boerne. He paused, and suddenly it was quiet in the room. Boerne looked at him expectantly, but he did not believe now to get an explanation. What it should be there to explain?
"It makes me even more mad," said Thiel finally quiet.

you? A woman? Thiel had such heartache? But what did this with him to do? Boerne blinked confused. "You? Who?

was silence for a moment, a tingling in the air. Until Thiel said.

"the -" "Proximity." Repeated Boerne totally confused. "I do not understand -"

He stopped, lifted his head as Thiel and looked at him. It was like a boiling heat suddenly flowed through his body and his heart rate accelerated. Why is his mouth felt so dry at a time? Thiel was a small step closer and stretched out his hand, grabbed the end of Boernes tie emphasized his fingers over the thin material moved higher. Boerne felt a slight panic rising within him, but he found himself unable to break away from Thiel and flee. Instead, he yielded to the gentle train, leaned forward and felt a moment later, Thiel's hand in his neck. Thiel had closed his eyes and he easily ran his lips over Boernes mouth. It was just a short, shy of contact. Thiel then leaned back again and opened his eyes.

Boerne stared at him. He could not speak. His head seemed to be filled by a dark noise - he could not think.

"Now you see it," said Thiel was going on and Boerne. He smiled, but he did not look happy and turned her eyes away quickly. The crooked smile, remained glued to. With a harsh sigh, he straightened up and went without another word past Boerne.

Boerne heard the footsteps behind him, then the door slammed shut.

Thiel had just left Sun

Boerne was stunned in the living room stand. His head fell together the puzzle pieces and formed a bright window and disbelief, he listened to the heartbeat own arrogant. He felt so strange. He slowly raised his hand to his mouth and ran her fingers over it. Warm.

Thiel had kissed him.

Boerne glanced at the closed door and smiled.
